Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Dripdiva (operated by SANOKESH TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED) has established a Grievance Redressal Mechanism to address complaints and concerns from its customers.

How to File a Grievance
If you have a complaint or concern regarding any order, product, service, or any aspect of your experience with Dripdiva, you may file a grievance by emailing our Grievance Officer at grievance@dripdiva.store. Please include the following information in your complaint for faster resolution:
Your full name, order number (if applicable), a detailed description of your grievance, any supporting documents or photographs, and your preferred resolution.
Resolution Timeline
We acknowledge all grievances within 48 hours of receipt. Our Grievance Officer shall address and resolve the complaint within 30 days from the date of receipt, as mandated under applicable Indian laws. We strive to resolve most issues within 7-10 business days.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer forum or regulatory authority under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You may also file a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline portal at consumerhelpline.gov.in or call 1800-11-4000 (toll-free).
