How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your preferred size and quantity, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose your payment method (UPI or Cash on Delivery), and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI payments through all major UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store any card or payment details on our servers.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We ship across India.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please visit our Refund Policy page for complete details. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email address.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@dripdiva.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for all orders. You can select COD as your payment method during checkout. The delivery partner will collect the payment at the time of delivery.
